Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 19, 2026
We wrote this in plain language on purpose. No legal team should be required to understand what happens to your information when you call, text, or fill out a form with Dial 72.
The short version
- When you call an HVAC contractor who uses Dial 72, our AI assistant, Bella, answers, collects the details needed to book your job, and passes them to that contractor.
- We send text messages related to your appointment, like confirmations, reminders, and call summaries. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
- We do not sell personal information, and the marketing website itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies.
What we collect
When you call a business number that uses Dial 72, Bella collects what she needs to book your job: your name, phone number, service address, a description of your equipment and problem, and any urgency details you share. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can produce accurate summaries and bookings for the contractor.
If we text you, we collect the content of that message thread, including replies like STOP. If you submit our website contact form, we collect the name, email, phone number, and message you enter.
The Dial 72 marketing website does not set advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
We use call and booking information to answer calls, schedule appointments, send confirmations and call summaries, and help improve how Bella handles calls for the contractor's account. Website contact form submissions are stored in our CRM so we can respond to your inquiry.
Who sees it
Your call and booking details go to the HVAC contractor whose number you called. If that contractor connects a field-service tool, such as Housecall Pro, Jobber, or ServiceTitan, your information may also flow into that tool. We share information with our SMS and telephony providers only as needed to deliver the service. We do not sell personal information.
Call recording
Calls handled by Bella may be recorded and transcribed to produce summaries and bookings for the contractor. Each contractor is responsible for their own greeting practices and for meeting any local notice requirements about call recording.
Text messages
Text messages we send are transactional: booking confirmations, reminders, and call summaries. We do not use texting for marketing. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep call, booking, and message data for as long as the contractor's account needs it to run their business. A contractor can ask us to delete their account data by reaching out through our contact page.
Children
Dial 72 is a business answering and scheduling service. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
