The service
Dial 72 answers, triages, and books calls for your HVAC business using an AI voice receptionist (Ember). She is a front desk, not a technician: she never diagnoses systems or quotes repair prices.
Subscription & billing
Plans are flat-rate and month-to-month. No contracts, no per-minute charges, cancel anytime. Billing terms, plan limits, and upgrade/downgrade mechanics will be detailed here.
Your responsibilities
Accurate service area, hours, on-call schedule, and booking rules — Ember follows the rules you give her. You remain responsible for the work your shop performs.
Acceptable use
The service is for legitimate business call handling. Prohibited uses (unlawful recording, harassment, spam) will be listed here.
Liability & disputes
Warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and how disputes get resolved will be spelled out here in plain language.
